Ingredients

  • 2 cups pebble ice
  • 10 oz lemon-lime soda
  • 1 tbsp raspberry syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp half-and-half or coconut creamer
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • 1. Fill a tall glass with pebble ice.
  • 2. Pour in the lemon-lime soda.
  • 3. Add the raspberry syrup and vanilla syrup, then stir gently.
  • 4. Pour in the half-and-half or coconut creamer.
  • 5. Stir once or twice just to create a soft swirl.
  • 6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve right away.

Notes

For vanilla extract, use 1/8 teaspoon plus 1 teaspoon simple syrup instead of vanilla syrup.
Use diet lemon-lime soda and sugar-free raspberry syrup for a lighter version.
Chill the soda, syrup, and cream before mixing so the drink stays fizzy.
