Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm filtered water not boiling, tea-hot
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey pasteurized honey also works
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda aluminum-free recommended

Instructions

Warm and Sweeten

  • Heat 1/2 cup filtered water until warm, roughly tea temperature, not boiling.
  • Add 1 tablespoon raw honey to the warm water and stir until fully dissolved.

Add the Fizz

  • Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda slowly. It will fizz gently as it dissolves.
